During the 2015 NFL season, the Carolina Panthers surprised many due to their performance. They finished the regular season with a 15 – 1 mark and went ahead to the Super Bowl 50 where they were beaten by the Denver Broncos. The Panthers have always had a good team over the years who have pushed them up to where they are now. In 2013, he was the most underrated TE after having a brilliant season. In 2014, he had the best year of his career, 1,000 yards and a career high of 84 passes. He might end up being the number of the team as he continues to play with them.

John Kasay

Between the year 1995 – 2011, John Kasay played for the Panthers. He was the longest who stayed with the Panthers for 15 years. He made 351 of his 424 career field goal attempts which sums up to an 82.7% clip. He is the one who holds all the panthers kicking records finishing with 1,482 points.

He was drafted in the 1996 NFL draft and stayed with them until 2004. He rejoined the team in 2008 – 2009. From 2006 to 2014, De Angelo Williams was an all-time leader in rushing touchdowns and rushing yards. He proved to be the heart and soul of the Panthers during his time with them. During the 2008 season, he rushed for 1,515 yards and had a total of 20 touchdowns. In 2009, he rushed for 1,117 yards and seven touchdowns, making him be named to the Pro Bowl.

He was a relentless defensive for the team while on the field and while off the field, he had the best character that was loved by all.
